Hello every one, welcome to our life!! Every one has been on us about starting a blog so that they can pop in on us and see how fast Jayli is growing!!
Just to start off- Jorgen is still with the Uinta County Sheriffs Department working as a Detention Officer. He will be in Rock Springs, Wy for June and July 2008 for Police Academy Training. He was going to Douglas, Wy but plans at work changed. He does not want to be gone for most of the summer but the location is better, Jayli will see her daddy more this way.
Kayla is trying her hardest to finish school. Hopefully to be done by the time Jorgen gets done at the Academy. It is so hard to find time to study when you have a little one that is starting to get WAY to mobile. Other than that, she enjoys staying home with Jayli, now that it is warming up, we can go to the park and walks a lot and Jayli LOVES when we go out places.
Jayli is now almost 7 months and weighs in at 17 lbs. 8 oz. and is a whopping 26 inches tall!!!!! We can not believe it. She grows out of everything before she even wears it!!!

The Hansen's
Jorgen and Kayla met December 23, 2005. Jorgen was working as a relief manager at Flying J in Rock Springs, Wy when Kayla got a job there on his shift. A little against company policy after he was promoted to C-Store Manager but what can we say, they couldn't stop us. In August of 2006 we both left Flying J. Kayla took a part time job at the local Harley-Davidson and went back to school. Jorgen took a job for Coca-Cola Bottling. In Feburary 2007, a little over a year after meeting, a surprise came into the picture. Little Jayli had been concieved the December prior. We decided it to be best for our family to be wed. March 9, 2007 we jumped in the car and drove all night to Las Vegas, Nevada. We were wed the next day March 10 at a cute little chapel with Gary as a witness. We returned home to break the news to the family on Monday! Suprised that we accually eloped but not suprised we got married. In August, Jorgen took a job with the Uinta County Sheriffs Department and we moved to Evanston, Wy in September while Kayla was 38 weeks pregnant. On October 3, 2007 at 3:18 pm a beautiful baby girl came into our lives at Evanston Regional Hospital. Now here we are with our perfect family. Our lives may have not turned out the way we had planned, but it is our life now and we would not change it for the world.

Yeah. Awesome blog. I can't believe how big Jayli is. She may be walking before Addi!
